The process is very simple. If you are a member theatre you merely send us your information on your upcoming production, AT LEAST THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE. You need to include a production logo or production sig. of the title. The logo or sig. can be in color or black & white and should be, at least, 3" wide and at a resolution of not more than 144. It should also be in a jpeg format. If you do not have a logo or sig., we can check to see if we have one on file. It is much easier to get noticed if your show has a logo or sig, to make it stand out. If you do not have either and we do not have either, you can still list on the site but you may get passed over. If you want us to design a logo or sig., there is a minimum charge. You should also include a plot synopsis, a cast list, the directors's name, dates, times, location, ticket prices and a phone number for reservations. Also include your theatre logo, although chances are we already have it. It would also be helpful if you included your website address since we will establish a link directly to your site. We cannot guarantee the order of the items which you submit. it depends on how it all lays out for the most effective page. You may also submit photos of the production or cast, however, we cannot guarantee usage of those items. The page will remain on the website until your closing date at which time it will be taken off of the site. For member theatres there is NO CHARGE.

For non-member theatres, the submission process is the same requiring the same information. Non-member theatres must, however, pre-pay the $25.00 fee, at least one-week in advance of the opening date. If we have not received payment of the $25.00 fee by the opening date of the production, the page will be deleted from the website. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Youngstown Area Community Theatre Alliance.
